EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Medium intensity green olive fruity. On the nose, fresh herbaceous and sweet almond sensations stand out. The taste is fine with decided notes of bitter and spicy balanced between them. The color is clear yellow with clear green reflections.

CHARACTERISTICS:
It is recommended to use raw and in gastronomic preparations for which an oil is required that accompanies without overpowering. It goes well with delicate flavors and dishes, starting with first courses with shellfish, fresh and medium-aged cheeses, dishes based on lake or sea fish. Excellent condiment for raw and cooked vegetables.
