EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Olive varieties Oil obtained from the blend of the following varieties in their percentages:
Casaliva 50%, Leccino 40%, pendolino 10%
The bland obtained with this varietal composition reflects the flavors and tastes
scents of Garda oil
COLLECTION SYSTEM:
Harvesting system hand picking and milling in 12 hours after collection.
Continuous cycle oil extraction (extraction by centrifugation) with two-phase decanter,
light cardboard filtration and storage in tanks with controlled atmosphere
of nitrogen.
EXTRACTION METHOD:
Cold extraction by continuous cycle.
CHARACTERISTICS:
On the nose it is fruity with notes of artichoke (determined by Leccino) and almond (determined by Casaliva) ben definite.
An initial sweet sensation prevails on the palate, a light bitterness and a spicy finish due to the percentage of Casaliva olives in the bland
