CHARACTERISTICS:
On the nose it is herbaceous, characterized by notes of artichoke leaves and mowed alfalfa. The taste is characterized by strong hints of fresh artichoke, wild herbs and with a highly balanced finish between spicy and bitter. At sight it is intense green.
