EXTRACTION METHOD:
Collection area: high garda
Continuous cycle oil extraction (extraction by centrifugation) with two-phase decanter,
light filtration and storage in tanks with controlled nitrogen atmosphere.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Oil aimed at customers who want to taste and use oils with a strong character and well-defined olfactory and sensory sensations. It is recommended on important dishes, red meats, bruschetta and wherever you want to enhance the aroma and flavor of the oil
