CHARACTERISTICS:
On the nose it is fresh, with clear hints of sweet artichoke, green apple, fresh almond and vanilla. The taste is elegant, with marked characteristics of artichoke heart, green apple, unripe almond and vanilla. It has vegetal scents, a pleasant finish of spicy notes and a balanced bitterness. At sight it is green with yellow reflections.
